Jennifer Morton Law, PLLC, is a law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee, that focuses its practice on employment law and civil rights litigation. We believe that workers are the backbone of our society, and therefore we dedicate most of our practice to representing employees with various legal claims, including unlawful discharge, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, whistleblowing, contract claims, and more. Our clients have included employees of large corporations, as well as local, state, and federal government employees. Although the bulk of our clients are individuals, we do represent some business clients and supervisors accused of wrongdoing. In addition, we represent plaintiffs in a broader range of civil rights issues arising from government misconduct.
Our lawyers practice in federal and state courts in East Tennessee and in other parts of the state. They are experienced at both the trial and appellate level.
